I had a very pricy problem involving a replacement of my axle on a 2005 Volkswagen GTI. The owner Ken greeted me through the door, and addressed my problem, within a few hours he had diagnosed the exact cause, and spent an extensive amount of time explaining to me various routes to fix the issue. As a college student, he understood my budget, but also explain possible precautionary issues that may arise from taking cheaper routes. He refused to use cheaper made (and cost) replacement parts due to their poor quality. In the end his price came to being $100 less than the dealership. His time spent reviewing the work order and helping me made me feel the passion he has for a job...plus its always good to help small business owners. (you are more than just a number in their que.) - I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ALL GERMAN AUTOMOBILE OWNERS. As long as you are not afraid to spend some money for a car that is going to last you.

I have a 2001 BMW 330ci - and it's beginning to show it's age! But - with the impeccable service from Ken and his crew at SAS - it will continue to perform at it's BEST! Thank you guys!

After being dissatisfied with at least two other mechanics who serviced my Audi, I brought it to SAS probably 6 or 7 years ago and haven't looked back. They've always been helpful, explained why something needed to be done, and done it expeditiously.

The great thing about SAS is they say what they can do, and they do what they say.Car was available on time, job done quickly, always commuicative.Can't beat that...!
