I've just started taking my BMW 530I series to SAS on a recommendation. I'm extremely pleased with the service I've received. The communication has been excellent as to what is going on with my car and why and what needs to be done. I have complete confidence in their workmanship. On a side note...as I pulled away from work on a Friday prior to Memorial Day weekend, my tail light indicator said my tail light was out. I pulled into SAS and in 5 minutes they changed the light and did it at NO charge. This is a place I've been waiting for!!
I would like to see better communication with customer.
I have used SAS for the past several years because Ken is the absolute best auto mechanic my 2000 Audi has ever had! He truly cares about my aging car and once he's done the required maintenance or fixed a problem I never worry that the car isn't mechanically sound and/ or roadworthy.
It's great to have trust in my automotive repair shop! They're fantastic!

Ken and his team do a great job at a fair price. I have had my 323is worked on and recently a CLK 430--I would recommend SAS to anyone needing an honest repair shop
