Ken and his staff are just great. They do a thorough job to diagnose the problem and discuss options with the customer. I have a intermittent tapping sound coming from my Z-4, unfortunately it looks like a new cylinder head would be the only solution. You can't beat talking directly to Ken rather than a "Service Manager" at the dealership.

Ken has provided us excellent service and honest advice since we decided to get our Audi repaired and maintained at SAS instead of the dealership about two years ago. We will continue to give him our business.

Found and fixed problems left by a previous mechanic (who I won't go to again), and got the car fixed for a good price in only a few hours!!! Very helpful and knowledgable.
