I've been a customer of SAS for over 15 years. Although I'm out of the area (south San Jose)I still get my car worked on here. The gus at SAS are reliable, and very knowledgable about their work. The work is well done and reasonably done cost wise. I own a Porshe Targa and it's only other home address is SAS. They're great! Thank much guys...

Our BMW is entering into it's later stages of life and we had to make the decision to repair or sell. Ken was very thorough (and patient) when explaining the extent and cost of the repairs, the "typical" outcome of the repair and life left in the car + very patient while we took a few days to decide what to do. In the end, the car is running great and we hope she lasts another 2-4 years! Like I said great team and great service.

I used to be a BMW mechanic. Now I'm just a serious enthusiast of German cars. Ken is no nonsense and runs an honest shop. His off hand knowledge of German cars is remarkable. I trust the work that his shop does and they have never let me down. I own a business that deals in German cars and ken has worked on everything from a '99 BMW 750iL to a 2006 Porsche for me. Every time the work is done right and at a fair price. Ken is always accommodating; the first time I called him, I was in a jam. I was not a customer of his and he did not know me. He let me come by his shop at closing time on a Friday and he read and diagnosed a check engine light for me at no charge. That kind of service made me a customer for life. I refer all of my customers to SAS now as well. One of the best local shops with the best pricing.

As always Kenny gives 150% service. Does everything he says he will and lets you know any problems you may have with your car that my need attention at a later date. Keeps to his original estimate and if it will be different he calls and lets you know before doing the work. I have been a customer of SAS for about 15 years and will not let anyone else work on my car. I would recommend SAS and Kenny to anyone I know who has a BMW or Mercedes or Porsche.

My daughters car was brought in on a Monday, it was looked at and the parts were ordered that day. The work was completed by Wednesday. No problems since. Great shop
