Excellent service from the first contact to the final delivery of the vehicle. Thorough, careful repair work. We take both of our VW Passats to SAS with much confidence in their service. Alicia gives excellent personal service. This review would have been 5 stars if the team had cleaned the areas of work on vehicles like one of our former auto mechanics did when we lived in Washington State.

Couldn't be happier with the service at SAS. I trust their service and appraisals of problems. Booking of appointments is efficient and follow up telephone calls (when necessary) come through as promised. Ken and his team are knowledgeable and honest. Am pleased to have personalized and friendly service - something that is lacking at the big Mercedes dealerships.
