Ken and his establishment is everything you would hope for in a small business. He's been in business since the 80's - which is already an incredible accomplishment for any business in Pleasanton, especially in this time. I had originally got quoted roughly $1600~ for a starter replacement by East Bay BMW, and things just didn't add up. I called Ken for a quote and his quote was $800, HALF of East Bay BMW's cost. He was very flexible to accommodate me even PAST his closing time. He repaired my vehicle and got my a genuine OEM BMW starter within a few hours. It's been about 3 weeks and my starter is working BEAUTIFULLY. I will be taking my car and recommending him and his shop to all my other friends who have BMW's. THANK YOU!

Ken is the best!

I appreciate the timeliness of getting me in and out. I was a little surprised at the cost of replacing a light bulb. Not so much the bulb cost but the labor cost.

Very professional, fast, and easy services. I was referred to SAS because my regular mechanic was too busy to squeeze me in, SAS fixed my car in no time.

As a family who has four BMW's we have been to many shops in the tri-valley and a couple over the hill. SAS has hands down provided the best service, quality and price all in one place. The owner Ken is friendly and knowledgeable and has always taken the time to explain things to us. We found our go to shop. We Highly recommend SAS.

This was our first experience with SAS. Ken was very informative and took the time to explain everthing. All work was done on time as promised. We finally found a shop to trust our Audi with. Thanks, we will be back.

I'm so glad I was referred to SAS German Auto. They do a good job of scheduling, the service was great, and their prices are well below dealer prices. Wish I knew about them years ago!

Ken (and Randy) are the best! They even kept my new (older 2002 Porsche) inside from the rain until I picked it up the next morning.
