SAS German Auto is amazing. My dad’s been taking his car to them for many years now. He’s always spoken so highly of Rick and Ken and how amazing they are. He also spoke of how they take care of him every time he takes his car there. My dad has since passed away and we needed some work done on his car. We took it to SAS German Auto and I now know why he’s spoken so highly of the shop and Rick and Ken. We will definitely continue taking our car there. Their prices are much more affordable in my opinion than taking it to the dealer.I will recommend SAS German Auto to anyone who has a foreign car!

The repair/service was performed promptly and was quite well done. Everyone we dealt with were professional and polite. And the quote was right on the money. Couldn't ask for more for my BMW. We'll be coming back whenever the car needs anything else. Glad we were referred here.

SAS has always been straight up on what needs to be done on our C230 Kompressor. 23 years old and still running.

Just bought an Audi SQ5 and wanted a shop outside the dealership to do service on it. Brought my car in to SAS German Auto for my first service and Rick and Ken where very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be coming back here for my car needs.

I’m not happy!!why did you recharge my ac when it wasn’t needed?

Denise, The first step to diagnose or repair an A/C system is to perform evacuation and recharge the system. Your A/C was working after we performed that service. I understand that shortly after our repair your A/C stopped cooling. Please return for us to re-evaluate your concern. If our repairs are deemed to have been inadequate or unnecessary I will offer a complete refund. I would not recommend any repair that I felt was not needed. Ken
