Had Mercedes ML320 towed to SAS German Auto on Sunday, 09/11/16. Strange noises from the steering assembly. Contacted the SAS office Monday morning to discuss the problem. Was told the car would be examined and that I would receive a call regarding the problem and a quote for repairs. By late Mon. morning I was notified of the diagnosis and given a quote. Best yet, the job would be completed by late afternoon on Mon. i have great respect for and faith in SAS German Auto. The owner and staff are competent and efficient. They communicate well with me, the customer. And, I have never felt that I was being advised to repair things unless necessary.

Have taken my car to Ken before. I do a lot of work on the vehicle myself, and I had done my research on what it needed and how much it would cost before I dropped it off. Ken looked over the vehicle, found the exact same things I did, and was about 20% cheaper than I expected. The recommendations he made were solid, common sense things that I can understand were done to prolong the life of my car at a reasonable cost.

I found SAS German Auto through a friend who is a retired mechanic and restores cars himself. He gave them a excellent review and I followed up on his recommendation. That was several years ago and I continually rely on SAS for fast and reliable service. I recommend them to anyone who has a BMW like me or similar. Excellent in every way!!
