Great Service - Ken was available on Saturday to receive my broken down Audi Q5 - had to tow it to his ship. He already had several cars in the shop but said he would try and diagnosis the issue with my car not running more than a minute. Rick and Ken notified me on Monday morning that I had a faulty electric fuel pump and that they would try and have the parts delivered and installed before the end of the day which they did!! Really enjoy the professionalism that Ken and Rick convey. Thank you for getting more car back on the road so quickly!

My interaction was with Ken. Very straight forward and took time to explain why my BMW was having its concerns and went over the systems that had to be addressed Quoted $1900 ( approx. expense depending on what else might have to be done) I was very happy with that quote. Expected it to be higher Had them tear it down. Ken called me and said $900 to fix all that needed to be done. Ken and Rick were great! Excellent, honest, and detailed assessment of what was causing my low coolant and recommended an inexpensive fix. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
