Ken at SAS helped to diagnose a problem with my coolant system in my Audi Q3. He and his team discovered the issue was created by work done by the dealership and thoughtfully provided me all the information/details to show the dealership. They agreed to cover the cost of the repairs. Ken could have just provided me a quote, as I planned on having them do the work, but instead he went the extra mile to help me. Ken and his team are honest, helpful, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their Audi!
