I just love this place. Rick and Ken are the best in customer service. They are also honest and straightforward in their assessments. Couple of times they didn't even charge me for services because it was covered under warranty by the dealer. I avoid East Bay BMW when I get a chance. SAS German is my default goto place.

Great guys here - personable and professional. Delivered on time and within the initial estimate. Clean and organized shop gave me confidence in Ken and Rick's attention to detail and value of the work. Will certainly use them regularly and recommend that you do the same!

I recently brought my car here for scheduled maintenance after hearing so many positive things about SAS. Ken are Rick were great. They are very knowledgeable and they obviously enjoy working on cars. Quality work at reasonable prices from mechanics you can trust.

Ken and Rick and all the mechanics are great guys they never gave up to find the parts I needed and they all worked extra hard and after hours to find them. Rick called me with estimate and they kept in budget. Just to be clean I brought them a 71 volkswagen Dune Buggy not just an average car or a newer car. Thanks to the whole team. Steve Winn

Great service as always at Sas German auto! Rick took my X2 in right away, and Ken did his usual excellent job at servicing it. My X2 was ready even sooner than I expected. I highly recommend them to all my Bmw driving friends.

Ken and his team are very skilled and honest people. After 2 decades of avoiding corner mechanic shops, and trusting only the dealer...SAS has proven to me over the past 1+ year that dealers are the places you cannot trust. SAS does not perform work that is not needed only to increase their profits. They are professional and give you straight answers that you can believe and can be proven. Vehicles break, and European cars are expensive to own and drive. SAS may not give you the diagnoses you want, but it will be the truth. And it will be priced fairly. Truly a “A no BS business”..... You will most likely save 1000s with SAS over time once you realize how much overpriced and often BS service you paid for elsewhere.
